ORO Live ("we", "us") operates orolive.ae and an official TikTok LIVE Creator Network in the MENA region. This policy explains what personal data we handle, why, and your rights. It applies to website visitors, people who contact us, and creators enrolled in our network.
1. What we collect
- Website use: standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited, time) and, if enabled, aggregated analytics. We do not use advertising trackers.
- Contact form and email: the name, email address, country, TikTok username (if you give it) and message you send us.
- Creators in the network: your TikTok username and public profile; the contact details you share with your manager (phone/WhatsApp, email, preferred language); and LIVE performance data that TikTok makes available to Creator Networks through its LIVE Backstage platform (streaming hours, viewers, gifts, Diamonds, campaign participation). We never receive your TikTok password, login codes, bank details or payout information.
2. Why we use it
- To review applications and decide whether to send a network invitation.
- To coach, schedule and support enrolled creators, and to enrol them in TikTok campaigns and rewards.
- To reply to enquiries and scam reports.
- To keep the website secure and understand how it is used.
- To meet our obligations to TikTok as a Creator Network partner and to comply with applicable law.
3. Sharing
We share creator performance data only within the ORO Live team, and with TikTok as required by the Creator Network programme. We use service providers for hosting, email and messaging (for example our web host and WhatsApp) who process data on our behalf. We never sell personal data.
4. Retention
Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months. Creator data is kept for the duration of your enrolment and up to 24 months afterwards for record-keeping, unless a longer period is required by law. Server logs are kept for up to 12 months.
5. Your rights
You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask for corrections or deletion, object to processing, or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Email info@orolive.ae. We answer within 30 days. Creators can leave the network at any time through TikTok's Creator Network settings or by telling their manager.
6. Children
Our services are for people aged 18 and over, in line with TikTok's LIVE rules. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18; if we learn we have, we delete it.
7. Security and transfers
Data is stored on secured hosting and access is limited to team members who need it. Because we operate across the MENA region and use international providers, data may be processed outside your country; we use providers with appropriate safeguards.
8. Cookies
This website uses only essential cookies needed for security and, where enabled, privacy-respecting analytics. Third-party services linked from this site (TikTok, Google Fonts) have their own policies.
9. Changes and contact
