How a TikTok LIVE Creator Network works
Everything a creator should understand before joining any agency: who pays whom, what the network can and can't do, and what actually happens after you accept the invitation.
What a TikTok LIVE Creator Network is
TikTok doesn't manage millions of LIVE creators one by one. It works through LIVE Creator Networks — agencies that apply to TikTok, are approved for a region, and operate inside a TikTok tool called LIVE Backstage. The network recruits creators, trains them, keeps them streaming and keeps them inside the rules. In everyday language people call them TikTok LIVE agencies, TikTok agencies or, in Arabic, وكالة تيك توك لايف. Same thing.
Networks are licensed per region. ORO Live holds a licence for TikTok's MENA region — Saudi Arabia, the UAE, the rest of the GCC, Egypt, the Levant and North Africa. A network licensed for, say, the UK cannot enrol a Saudi account, and vice versa.
The three parties
- TikTok owns the platform, the LIVE feature, the gifts, the Diamonds and the payouts.
- The Creator Network (ORO Live) recruits, coaches and supports creators, and is paid by TikTok for doing it.
- The creator (you) streams, receives gifts as Diamonds, and withdraws them directly from TikTok. Your relationship with TikTok never changes.
Who pays whom
This is the part fake agencies lie about, so here it is in full.
When a viewer sends you a gift, TikTok keeps its platform share and credits the rest to you as Diamonds. That split is set by TikTok and is the same for every creator on earth, in a network or not. A Creator Network cannot change it and does not receive any of your Diamonds.
Separately, TikTok pays each Creator Network a commission based on the network's overall performance — how much its creators stream, how their rooms grow, how much gifting happens across the network. That commission comes out of TikTok's side. It's why a real network is desperate for you to succeed: the only way it earns is if you do.
So when someone tells you an agency "takes 20%", one of two things is true: either they mean TikTok's own platform share, which you'd pay anyway, or they're describing a fake agency that has no relationship with TikTok and is simply charging you.
ORO Live's promise: no joining fee, no monthly fee, no percentage, no "activation" charge, no coin-buying requirement. If anyone asks you for money in our name, it isn't us — tell us.
What a network can and can't do
A Creator Network can
- Invite you to join through TikTok, and request LIVE access for you
- See your LIVE performance data in LIVE Backstage (hours, viewers, gifts, Diamonds)
- Enrol you in TikTok LIVE campaigns, events and reward programmes
- Coach you, schedule you, pair you for LIVE Matches, and escalate account issues
A Creator Network cannot
- Log in to your account, post, stream or message as you
- Touch your Diamonds or your payouts — those go from TikTok to you
- Change TikTok's gift split, policies or eligibility rules
- Guarantee viewers or income — anyone who does is selling something

Your first 30 days with ORO Live
Day 0–3: Apply and get invited
Apply via the official TikTok link. We review region, age, profile and commitment, and send an invitation inside TikTok.
Day 1–2 after accepting: Onboarding call
Your manager sets up LIVE access, explains gifts, Diamonds, LIVE Match and the rules, and agrees your weekly schedule and format.
Week 1: First five LIVEs
Short, consistent sessions. We review each one: opener, pacing, how you handled the first gift, how you closed.
Week 2–3: Find your room
Longer sessions in your prime-time window, first LIVE Matches with paired creators, and a first campaign invite where eligible.
Week 4: Review and plan
Your numbers side by side with your goals. What to keep, what to change, and the month-two plan.
The agreement, in plain words
Accepting an ORO Live invitation enrols your account under TikTok's standard Creator Network terms. We don't add a separate contract, and we don't add fees or obligations. What the standard terms mean in practice:
- One network at a time. You can't be in two LIVE Creator Networks simultaneously. If you're in another one, leave it first.
- TikTok's LIVE rules apply. Community Guidelines, LIVE policies and gifting rules are the same as for any creator — we just help you stay inside them.
- You can leave. Ask your manager or use TikTok's Creator Network settings. A notice period may apply under TikTok's terms. Your account and Diamonds are yours before, during and after.
- Privacy. We see LIVE performance data through LIVE Backstage and the contact details you give your manager. Nothing else. See our privacy policy.
Questions about the model
How does a TikTok LIVE agency make money if it's free for creators?
TikTok pays Creator Networks a commission calculated on the overall performance of the network's creators. That payment comes from TikTok's share of gift revenue — it's not deducted from your Diamonds. Your payout is the same whether or not you're in a network.
Can I be in two Creator Networks at once?
No. TikTok allows a creator to be enrolled in one LIVE Creator Network at a time. If you're already in another network, you need to leave it before accepting an ORO Live invitation.
Does the network control my account?
No. A Creator Network never gets access to your account, password or payouts. Through LIVE Backstage it can see performance data and request features such as LIVE access; it cannot post, stream or withdraw on your behalf.
What does the creator agreement commit me to?
Accepting an invitation enrols you under TikTok's standard Creator Network terms: one network at a time, following TikTok's LIVE policies, and a notice process if you decide to leave. ORO Live adds no fees and no extra obligations.
What if I stop streaming for a while?
Nothing bad. Tell your manager. Exams, Ramadan, travel, a new job — inactive creators keep their place; we pause the schedule until you're back.
