1. Who we are
ORO Live operates orolive.ae and an official TikTok LIVE Creator Network licensed for TikTok's MENA region. ORO Live is an independent company. It is not TikTok, and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an employee of TikTok or ByteDance Ltd. "TikTok" is a trademark of ByteDance Ltd.
2. Using this website
You may use this website for lawful purposes. Content is provided for general information about TikTok LIVE and our network. We work to keep it accurate, but TikTok's rules, rates and features change; TikTok's own terms and in-app information take precedence over anything on this site. Nothing here is legal, tax or financial advice.
3. Joining the network
- Membership is free. ORO Live charges no joining fee, subscription, activation fee or percentage of gifts or Diamonds, and never will. Anyone requesting payment in ORO Live's name is not authorised by us.
- Applications are accepted only through the official TikTok application link published on this website. Enrolment happens when you accept an invitation inside the TikTok app.
- You must be 18 or over, hold a TikTok account registered in a country within TikTok's MENA region, and comply with TikTok's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines and LIVE policies.
- Enrolment is governed by TikTok's standard Creator Network terms, which you accept inside TikTok. ORO Live adds no additional contract, fees or obligations. You may leave at any time through TikTok's Creator Network settings or your manager, subject to TikTok's notice process.
4. What we provide and what we don't guarantee
We provide coaching, scheduling support, LIVE access requests through TikTok's LIVE Backstage, campaign enrolment where eligible, and creator support. LIVE access, campaign eligibility, rewards, gift values, payout thresholds and all platform features are decided by TikTok, not by us. We do not guarantee LIVE access, viewers, gifts, income, or any specific outcome, and no ORO Live representative is authorised to make such guarantees.
5. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your content, your account, your compliance with TikTok's rules and the laws of your country, and for any tax obligations on your earnings. You must not use the network to promote fraud, gambling, adult content, or anything prohibited by TikTok or local law.
6. Intellectual property
The ORO Live name, logo and website content belong to ORO Live or its licensors. You may not reproduce our branding or content, or represent yourself as ORO Live, without written permission.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ORO Live is not liable for loss of income, account restrictions or bans imposed by TikTok, platform changes, or indirect losses arising from use of this website or participation in the network. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the courts of Dubai, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
